The onset of the global pandemic just a year ago saw, almost immediately, a whole range of leadership business tools and processes covering business survival and adjusting to the changed business conditions that were a consequence of Covid 19.
We thought it would be interesting to look at two different perspectives on key leadership traits that will be required in 2021. We think the findings will be instructive in both the executive search process and in the leadership development space.

It talks extensively about how Delta Air Lines changed operational focus and responded across the whole organisation to provide a survivable response to the Covid 19 pandemic which initially decimated the airline industry
